House 15 minutes from Minsk, eco-friendly, log cabin, very modern, interior for 5+, smart home, warm, cozy, billiards, fireplace, gazebo with Russian stove, barbecue area, sauna, outdoor gym, children's corners, houses, swings and a piece of wildlife on the territory, chirping There were birds, a garden with flowering fruit trees, and several small ponds with wildlife, but we couldn't catch anyone. There is a small shop nearby. In 2 km there is a fishing complex "Aquaptich", where you can catch fish (trout, pike) or buy caught, live or cooked. I advise you to rest in Boyars, the owner is friendly, friendly, a HUNTER, the cats are charming, the hedgehogs came ... you won't regret it!

I definitely recommend this place, both for a company and for two people.
In this place, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. All appliances and kitchen appliances are just like at home.
Even though you were there in the cold, the house was very cozy and warm.
It takes twenty minutes to get to a large store (if necessary ) .
The place is very cozy and peaceful, in general, I definitely recommend it, our vacation was just amazing.

We were alone with my wife in the bathhouse. I really liked it. Everything is neat and clean. Small in size, but cozy, thoughtful in detail atmosphere. I was especially pleased with the fireplace in the recreation room - especially warming on a cloudy day. Thank you to the host Mikhail for his hospitality, kindness and attentiveness!

I am grateful to this place, we have come to love Belarus very much. I want to come here again and again. We have been coming to this house every year for 6 years. Pleasant atmosphere, fireplace, billiards, lake, etc. You don't feel like a guest here, you feel at home. Not far from Minsk, 20 minutes by car and in the city. A very pleasant host, will help, tell you, an excellent conversationalist. I definitely recommend this place to relax.

Unfortunately, there were very unpleasant impressions from communicating with this host. An extremely rude and unpleasant man. We agreed on the lease of the estate, agreed on the cost and advance payment. A contract has been prepared. I decided to clarify about the advance payment if there are any objective unforeseen situations on both sides (I have a close relative with cancer registered in a hospice), to which I was rudely asked to send money for food. I was asked not to be disturbed anymore, and the estate will not be rented to me. Yes, and also, when communicating, be prepared for the fact that your typos will be corrected or God forbid mistakes. If you were not careful to make them.
