I bought a dimmer on the recommendation of the sellers.The sellers assured me that this dimmer model is similar to the Legrand dimmer and that its geometric parameters exactly match the Legrand and that its installation in the existing Legrand box case is hassle-free.However, this turned out to be a lie, the Ospel dimmer purchased on their recommendation did not fit into the dimensions of the Legrand box.As a person who is not knowledgeable in electrical matters, I could not initially determine this discrepancy myself and believed the sellers' recommendations, paying 89 lari, almost a quarter of my pension, for the thing that was unsuitable for me.The store refused to return my unused products due to packaging violations, without which it was impossible to determine the suitability of the device for installation by geometric dimensions. Apparently, the sellers really wanted to sell something, but it was not difficult to deceive the elderly layman.Thanks to the store's management for the "professional" selection of staff who are ready to deceive customers for the sake of the store's profit, unless, of course, they have received appropriate instructions from the same management.
