Really rude reception (it’s a girl) they scammed me ,now it’s summer time and it’s really hot (+35) when i came nobody told me that they are closing air conditioner (A/C) during the day and just let it open from 9pm to 2 am, when I said it’s hot and I can’t sleep please turn ac on they said if you have problem just leave i said ok i will leave give my money back they refused at first but when i was serious about the situation they gave me 50% back only so i paid 8000 amd for 5 hours of suffering,if you respect yourself never ever come here,and even when i wanted take photo for review the reception treated me with i will call police if you tale picture for review ‘’))))

I stayed from July 5th to July 7th. I liked the friendly staff. The room was shown, cozy, clean. It was a double room. Bathroom with shower, everything is compact. Everything is clean, which is important. The air conditioner works without problems. They explained where to get the dishes that can be brought to the room. He left in the morning and returned in the evening. I liked everything. Thank you very much for your warm hospitality!!!
There is a supermarket nearby, which is open around the clock, you can buy everything to eat. If I go next year, I will definitely go to the same place.

In a nutshell: a great hostel.
For more details:
Location. for a room in the city center, the price is very affordable. Shops and Republic Square are close by.
Staff. Very attentive and friendly. The breakfasts were delicious and on time. They also have contacts of guides. For example, we wanted to visit the thermal springs and the staff skillfully organized everything. They agreed with the driver themselves and booked a bath.
Number. In order to come over for the night, it is ideal. It's all clear. There is a fridge and a kettle in the room. But there were some disadvantages:
-the smell of dampness in the toilet. But this is mainly due to the peculiarities of the sewerage system in the city.
- interruptions in heating. It was still cool in March.
- Poor sound insulation. You can't hear much of the road, but there are a lot of other guests. But it depends on the decency of people.
The general infrastructure of the room. Everything you need is a kitchen, a common area and a balcony.
I definitely recommend it. Ideal for travelers like us: we came to spend the night without children.

Overall, the hostel is not bad. Small, quiet, even cozy. Close to the center and inexpensive. There is a supermarket and a bus stop nearby.
We had a comfortable family room for four with our own toilet and shower. You can eat in the kitchen or in the courtyard. The kitchen is small, but everything is there.
Nevertheless, I would like to note the disadvantages (suddenly they will fix it).
1. Very slow staff. If we ask for breakfast by 10 a.m., it will definitely be served no earlier than 11 a.m. They're in no hurry at all.
2. Cleaning has not been done in the room for 6 days.
An elderly woman does the cleaning. She just can't handle everything on her own. (Raise her salary and hire another employee.)
3. The towels that were given out are stained and torn in places. There are stains on the linen too.
4. The TV at the reception is not working, and there is no TV in the room. (Well, there is Wi-Fi on the other hand.)
Of course, we did not expect wow from a small hostel, but it is possible and necessary to be cleaner and more efficient.

We booked a room with one double bed and a private bathroom at the booking, breakfast was included.
The advantages of this place:
- Convenient location, there is no noisy street nearby, the hostel is in the courtyard.
- Not the worst pillows, blankets (two separate ones) and mattresses.
- The air conditioner was hanging, its operation was not checked.
- Warm batteries, the room was warm.
There were more disadvantages for us:
- The bed linen is clean, but tired, someone else's hair was found.
- We met a cockroach in the bathroom.
- Strong smell of musty dampness and mold in the bathtub.
- The bed, of course, is not one double bed, but a combination of two separate beds.
- The room as a whole is not clean.
- The most annoying thing is that it was not possible to swim properly, the warm water was about one minute, icy water poured for more time.
- The blinds on the tiny window in the corner were broken.
- There is no sound insulation, we heard conversations and noise in the hallway, kitchen and neighboring rooms.
- The room is crooked and dark, the furniture is inconveniently located.
- The price is unreasonably high.
Neutral:
- Some of the staff are quite pleasant to talk to.
- Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, pieces of cheese, beetroot salad, three pieces of sausage, bread and biscuits, coffee/tea.
Conclusions: we will not return to this place, for the same price there were incomparably pleasant apartments. The presence of breakfast is pleasant, but much more pleasant is the banal cleanliness and neatness in the room.

On the island, they said that only the hostel can decide whether to refund the amount or impose a 100% fine. I contacted the hostel via WhatsApp, where the ignoring began, sending to the island. At first, they said that ostrovok had not written to them at all. And that the island does not want to cancel, because it is not profitable for them. Well, well) The correspondence lasted a week. It's a mess. They refused to return some of the money, referring to the commission that they will have to pay to the island (after all, they are to the island, and not vice versa). They didn't even ask me why I was canceling the reservation. As a result, I was just blocked in WhatsApp) I do not recommend contacting them - you will get problems in out-of-the-ordinary situations.

A normal hostel, (practically) in the very center. It will take a few days to spend the night, shower and toilet in the room (which are separate, I don't know about the shared room). There is a kitchen and a washing machine, in general, it is the best place to stay for a week

The hotel is located right in the car repair shop. The repairmen are yelling at each other, cutting metal, etc. We checked in after a night flight, we could not rest. The walls are cardboard, you can hear everything, including the neighbors. However, breakfast was served and the location was in the city center.
We spent 4 nights here, but I don'T recommend it for a long time!
