I placed an order at Domino's today and received one of the worst and most dangerous service cases. Of the three pizzas, two were delivered in open boxes, and without a protective branded sticker that should ensure that no one opened the box. There was a complete mess inside one box — the pizza was scattered, it looks like someone opened it with their hands. The second box was also open, and it's completely unclear what happened to it on the way. When I called support, they told me literally the following: "We don't put stickers on some pizzas on purpose, we have a shortage of stickers." That is, according to their logic, the absence of a seal is a "mercy" and a "normal situation." This is a direct violation of any food safety standards. If you do not place protective seals, it means that you cannot guarantee that no one has touched the food, opened it, dropped it, spat on it, or tampered with the contents. They also responded to my complaint in the style of: "Wherever you want, complain there." This level of disrespect for the customer and disregard for people's health is a disgrace for the network, which is considered an international brand. I strongly recommend not ordering food here, because: — they may bring you an opened pizza, — "no — because there is a shortage" stickers, — couriers run away without checking the order, — support responds rudely and without responsibility, — they don't care about food safety. The location of the norms. We ordered Hawaiian pizza and cappuccino. The pizza is good, but here's the coffee... It's a nightmare. There were just frozen chunks of curdled milk floating in our cappuccino. It was impossible to drink. And the prices seem to be above average. We ordered the delivery. Dessert is a chocolate roll. Pleasant, moderately sweet, good. Pizza - Tuscany. It's a parody of pizza, only the dough feels good, there's not much cheese, and the filling is a stretch - 3 out of 5. The pizza Margarita is original. It's a disgrace, the tomato paste is smeared with the thinnest layer, there is practically no cheese, compared to other establishments, this is the bottom! The price/quality ratio strongly outweighs the unreasonable price tag compared to competitors, whose quality is at a higher level.

Today, November 7, at about 13:05, my friend and I came to eat at the branch on Mirobod Street, everything was fine with the food, but during the whole hour while we wanted to have a quiet lunch, a man (if you can even call him that) prevented us. He was constantly looking at my friend and me, smiling nastily and there were sounds like "cs-cs-cs-cs", we thought we heard and imagined. But now we were about to leave, we were already leaving through the door, and it was happening again. I turn around, look at him, and then the girl who was standing at the checkout says, "Don't pay attention. Since we were in a hurry, I just told her that it wouldn't hurt for you to take a closer look at your staff and left. This is incredibly disgusting and must be dealt with at the legislative level. What do you think, we are far from the first to experience this discomfort because of him. I can imagine how unpleasant and scary it might be for the girl at the checkout to work with such a potentially dangerous man for society. I kindly ask you to pay attention to it, we live in the 21st century and in our time this is unacceptable for anyone at all. Believe me, if I had the time, I would stand and figure it out with him, at least out of respect and pity for all the women and girls who put up with it. And considering that we are MUCH younger than this man, is it worth mentioning that even children can suffer because of his liberties? Please think about it and solve this problem, such individuals should not go unpunished.
