For many years, we ordered pizza on Tuesdays (2 for the price of 1). We always chose pizza through the menu to see the filling and the picture of the pizza itself. And the promotion was counted either automatically, or the operator called and clarified. Today they stripped off the full cost for 4 pizzas, because I did not order through some kind of designer, but at the checkout they did not even offer to use the promotion (it seems that the meaning of the promotion was lost due to the need to fulfill some conditions). So, today on 10/25/24 I went to domino's pizza at the intersection of Rafiev-Yesenin and ordered carbonara. The cashier clarified whether it was necessary to add onions!! This should have alerted you already: what kind of onion is in the carbonara?
But, I didn't pay attention to it and bought it.
As a result, I open the box with carbonara, and there:
1. There is no cheese at all
2. There is no egg in sight
But!! Were inside:
1. Mayonnaise sauce
2. Onion (red)
3. Instead of spaghetti, there were pasta cones
People! The guard!!! What kind of carbonara without eggs, cheese and spaghetti, but with mayonnaise sauce, horns and onions???
Canceling it smelled so much of this onion afterwards that everyone in the house knew that I had eaten carbonara

I haven't ordered Domino's pizza for 8 months, after the courier's rudeness. And on 14.02, a promo code for 30% came, bribed. But in vain!
1. The pizza was delivered not after 30 minutes, but after 60. There is no convenient form of communication on the site to clarify the deadlines. There is a map, but the courier's movement did not show.
2. The bag of drinks stank of cigarette smoke.
3. The pizza was ordered on a classic dough, but arrived on a thin one.
The pizza is cold, very dry, a little raw. Tasteless.

I want to leave a review on the delivery in this chain of pizzerias.
For those who are not in the context, I'm bringing them up to date. The trick of Domino's pizza all over the world is that pizza is delivered within 30 minutes. I ordered Domino's pizza in different cities of Russia and even in London (!!!) and she always came during the time that this network so actively advertises and "shoves" into all advertising companies
BUT Minsk is probably somewhere on Mars, beyond reach, and you only need to get around the city by reindeer across the farthest lands. Frankly, this is a complete trash. I explain:
I make an order, pay for it on the site immediately, after the operator calls back and says that the order will be in 1.5 hours - so I had five times, and you know, I don't always even order pizza. Once I wanted to have breakfast with cheesecakes and at 8 a.m. they tell me that the delivery will be 1.5 hours. A box of cheesecakes will be delivered to me for an hour and a half....She refused.
Okay, I think I'll give you another chance, but it wasn't there!
Just the other day, at 5 a.m. on a weekday, I wanted ice cream, because there is no overnight fast delivery in Minsk, I decided to try ordering Dominos (ice cream is delicious with them), I think well, this time you don't even need to cook anything - they put cans of ice cream and brought it. I paid for the order on the website, the operator Gleb calls and says that the order will be delivered ... attention....within 3 hours! THREE, CARL! Ice cream will be delivered 3 hours at 5 a.m. on a weekday.....on principle, I waited 3 hours for this delivery, but I think it's a complete trash
Okay, I think maybe this happens once, well, because kamon who is waiting for 3 hours for delivery in 2023, it's just a laugh. Right now I ordered a pizza and they call me again and say 3 o'clock delivery ... are you fucking serious??? Is this some kind of joke?!?
AND NOW AN APPEAL TO THE MANAGERS, OWNERS, OR I DO NOT KNOW WHO, BUT WHO RUNS THIS WHOLE CIRCUS
1. Why do you write on the website about delivery in 30 minutes if it is NEVER observed. If you write somewhere on the site that the time may change (although I have never seen it), then it makes sense to immediately declare 30 minutes. Then write what the operator will tell you when he calls, or make yourself some kind of online calculator that will show the time of approximately delivery in a given period of time, such as your competitors in DodoPitsa. Damn, seriously, we are in the 21st century, and not in the stone age, can we at least turn on the brain a little bit?
2. If you can not cope with round-the-clock work, and you have one courier for the whole of Minsk, then there is a simple solution - DO NOT TAKE IT! It's just a shame. Or there is a very logical way out: find more couriers, because according to your own words, the pizza takes 7 minutes to cook, the whole problem is delivery. Well, is it possible to work on this situation somehow?!
It is not the NORM to wait 3 hours for an order. Round-the-clock / night delivery is needed so that it is fast (well, an hour at most), otherwise it simply does not make sense. Therefore, really either don't do it, or already turn on the brain and do it humanly for people, and not that's all
3. I wonder if someone from the staff would be thrilled to wait for an order for 3 hours when you want to eat? When, for example, you come home from a party or even from work at 3-4 nights, order pizza to eat, and they tell you to wait THREE HOURS, that is, until 6-7 in the morning. Do you think this is normal? That's just purely interesting....
In general, I advise everyone who reads this to think 100,000 times before ordering something here. I usually do not write such reviews, but when such a mess is already happening, it is no longer possible to remain silent!

It used to be very GOOD, but now my family looks at me and does not understand how they have it and, most importantly, why them?? And I'll tell you that I ordered a couple of times at Olshevsky 24 and the guys did it very tasty there, but in other points, either the staff is not with the right hands, or the hands are the same, but the attitude is not caring. Yesterday's order became a point of no return. I bought two large ones at the pizzeria at 179 Independence Street (Spectrum). What is this all about? Where's the diced beef? Where are all the ingredients anyway? Thanks for the dough, but it was also inedible. Disgusting. I will have to dissuade all my friends from you. Точка средняя, но во время акций сходить стоит. Места не много, комфортными их не назвать. Делают довольно быстро, цены адекватные только со скидками, вкус на среднем уровне, но персонал не назвать сверх приветливым. По лицам видно)

Пиццы съедобные, но возьму только по акции. Отдавать за такое цену как в Италии рука не поднимется. А может просто не очень люблю пиццу. Когда горячая было вкусно и сытно. Только когда остыла заметил что там майонез как основа соуса. Самый жирный минус - открытая дверь в +5, возможно жарко или вентиляция работает плохо. Или это такой хитрый ход что бы не засиживались. Сидел особо не раздеваясь. Да, можно было сказать или самому закрыть, но были там недолго, не хотелось ввязываться во все это. Доели пиццу и прощайте.

Сами пиццы, когда я их заказывал последний раз, года 2 назад, были более-менее нормальные, на 7 - 8 баллов.
Тем не менее очень "повеселил" подход к их собственному правилу о тридцати минутах. Время отсекается не с момента отправки заказа, а с того времени, как придет СМС или вам перезвонят. И это время никак не регламентировано ) В моем случае мне перезвонили через 50 минут и сообщили, что из-за загрузки ближайшую доставку можно организовать на 15.00 (через 2.5 часа). Ну и, поскольку, время оформления заказа началось "только что", ни про какие бонусы за задержку, не может быть и речи )

Заказала сегодня по акции 2 пиццы Супер пепперони и Мит&Чиз.При заказе попросила не пересушить пиццу,т.к покупаю регулярно 2 вида этой пиццы детям и знаю какой она должна быть.
Так вот пицца Мит&Чиз в этот раз была ужасно приготовлена!!!Сыра было очень мало(только по центру )Бекона не было вообще.Одна только курица подсохшая и немного ветчины.Про сырный соус остаётся только мечтать...Предыдущий раз пицца была сочная и вкусная очень,а в этот раз сухарь. Хочется купить и вкусно покушать,а тут рулетка какая-то.

Последние пару раз заказывала пиццу, очень жалеют соуса, гипнотика была полита тонкой, как нитка, линией, пицца очень сухая, а цены очень выросли, хоть соус стали экономить, то есть цены наоборот должны упасть. Год назад количества соуса было достаточно, сейчас же во всех пиццах, что заказываешь, соуса, можно сказать, нет. Пиццерия была любимой, но больше заказывать не буду, несколько раз давала шанс исправиться, ждать надоело.

Отвратительная система выдачи онлайн заказов Самовывоз. Чтобы забрать ОПЛАЧЕННЫЙ и готовый заказ на столе выдачи заказов сотрудник отправил стоять в очереди на оформление заказов потому что ЕМУ нужен ещё и чек, чтобы выдать УЖЕ оплаченный онлайн заказ.
Что за ужас!? Зачем тогда онлайн заказ?! При доставке пиццы на дом, клиенту что тоже надо потом ехать в пиццерию , стоять в очереди чтобы выбит. Чек.
Ужасное обслуживание, отношение к клиентам за немалую цену. Испортили настроение.

Пиццу этой марки заказываю не один год. Всегда была самая лучшая пицца. Первый и последний раз заказала на Немиге. В пицце было очень-очень мало начинки. больше всего из всех ингредиентов в пицце было лука. В других же заведениях лука никогда не чувствовалось, так как было его совсем мало и большое количество мяса, сыра и других овощей, всегда начинка даже падала на коробку, что ее так много было. Вот это уровень пиццы, а не так, как делают в пиццерии на Немиге. Единственный плюс ресторана Немиге - работа до 01:00, поэтому в него и заехали .
