The attitude towards clients is absolutely not punctual, abuse of official authority. We came with a girl to eat pizza, and there was absolutely no noisy and non-interfering company sitting with us. The cashier came up to kick out this campaign, and while the girl and I were sitting in our seats and choosing pizza, there was a shout, a quote "Let's go from here" several times, including in relation to us. However, it was only on the way back that the cashier decided to make sure what we were doing and absolutely not punctually just looked into someone else's phone in which the pizzeria menu was open and by which the girl and I chose pizza. When it was time to order, I decided to take 2 beers as well, and after checking my documents, the cashier, instead of carefully hinting or asking about the age of the girl, gave out "Is your girl at least 18?" After a positive response, a phrase that absolutely does not correspond to the business style of communication followed, "Look at me" In general: pizza is delicious, the cashier is shit

The service is terrible, the rudeness of the staff, I do not notify about the ongoing promotions, we asked twice about the promotional day, no response was received, and after the receipt was broken, an answer was given: you did not ask about the promotion, the product was broken through at FULL COST, which should go as a promotional item, and an answer was also given: you didn't want the promotion, which I think is completely absurd, because we asked. There is even a full-fledged example of competent recruitment and customer orientation: 10 minutes before the pizzeria, we were a Mile away, where we said 4 times about promotions and they will never break through at full cost what is worth as a promotional product. It was one of the most beloved pizzerias in the city, now there are doubts. I hope for the understanding of the management and taking measures against the employees, since there is no desire to return due to the unfriendly atmosphere.

Oh, it's boiling over. the review does NOT characterize the employees of this institution. previously, six months ago, ordering pizzas, collecting boxes and handing them over, you could "get free" several boxes of juice for bonus points, but before that you had to pack the boxes and carry them to the pizzeria with the idea that everyone around you thinks that you collected these boxes in the trash. Now, with the introduction of new rules, bonus points can only be spent on pizzas and pay only half the cost. given the constant promotions and the lack of summation of promotions + bonuses = bonuses have become useless. The pizzas themselves are mostly mayonnaise-based and cost a lot of money. there have never been any complaints against employees, and the organization of work is at a fairly high level, but the management is shaking for every penny, and this is taking into account the high competition... I am very upset, I hope I will never contact this network again. and also posting unnamed orders and unsigned ones is not nice in relation to the consumer. The result : an hour of waiting, a message about successful delivery (in fact, no one arrived). On the call to the call center, we were told to wait another 15 minutes. We waited 20 minutes... no one came. They said another 30 minutes with comments on the second call (the order may arrive cold). The order was canceled, the whole department remained hungry until the end of the working day. "Thank you" dominos!
