We were very disappointed in domino's pizza. Firstly, when ordering at the checkout with you for the "big pizza for 20.99" promotion, the cashier did not warn that the promotion, it turns out, had changed. However, this was not written anywhere, we noticed when paying that the receipt contained a completely different amount from that indicated in the promotion, and only when we asked the cashier, he told us that pricing had changed, showing some kind of table for employees in his phone. In short, we realized that we were being held for the narrow-minded on the principle of "not noticing and spending more than planned." Well, I wanted to eat, we often took a mushroom pizza with blue cheese, and what do you think? There was no smell of blue cheese! And this is one of the main ingredients in this pizza: chanterelles and blue cheese! It's just a disappointment, and at the checkout we completely told the name of the pizza to the cashier, couldn't we have warned that the main ingredient was removed from your pizza?? At the same time, the cashier repeated the name of the pizza in the order, without naming the blue cheese, just "mushroom", although this is the only pizza on the menu with the word "mushroom" in the name, so we were confused by this, but we decided that the person simply shortened the name to serve faster. In general, it's a nightmare, we got a pizza in which there were only chanterelles and ordinary cheese, like a flatbread from euroopt for a lot of money.

Complete disappointment in Dominos. Basically, I always ordered in the app, occasionally at the checkout. Always when ordering pizza at the checkout, the guys were responsive, prompted when necessary. This time, (a friend's shift or other staff) I ordered a pizza that participated in the action. I was punched the full cost of a large pizza. I told the young man, who later turned out to be the director there, why he punched me the full price, he replied that I did not tell him about the promotion when ordering, I asked why he did not ask me if I was taking the promotion or not, he replied that he was not obliged to do so. You mean you don't have to? And who is obliged? I am not an employee of Dominos, I order mainly in the application, where the price is immediately indicated when adding pizza to the cart, how can I know this? In another chain of pizzerias, employees always punch pizza at a discount if it is the day of the promotion. At the same time, I was accused of being a bad customer, and with a grin, the young man repeated to me several times that he was not obliged to tell me anything. WHERE IS IT WRITTEN IN THE HALL THAT I NEED TO TELL AT THE CHECKOUT WHAT I WANT TO BUY FOR THE PROMOTION OR EVEN IN THE FLYER FOR THE PROMOTION? I understand if the manager would have answered me calmly that you need to inform me in advance about the promotion, and said, let's somehow solve this issue, but here it was how do I know which stock you want to buy, I don't know....Seriously? From Thursday to Sunday, there is only 1 promotion. And I had no idea that I needed to talk about it, because the shares were always counted automatically. I'm just shocked by this attitude. As a result, when refusing pizza altogether, the manager offered to outbid the discount receipt. I wanted to refuse, but I just felt humanly sorry for the other guys who work there, because then it will be pinned on them or there will be some kind of penalty. I took the pizza, purely humanly, although I had no desire. I understand if there was a huge queue behind me, and a full hall of people, and this "director" did not ask me: "Do you like the action"? There was an empty hall, and I was alone. Terrible customer orientation. I understand, maybe there is my mistake, but this is just not a condescending attitude towards the buyer on the part of the Domino's employee. You can solve everything peacefully, and not lash out with claims that I don't owe you anything. Now, of course, I will know what needs to be clarified about the promotion, but as I understand it, they often do not specify the promotion anyway. But I won't order pizza at Dominos anymore. And this is the first time I've written a bad review.

03.09.2024. This is such a wonderful Italian tortilla I got. With a hole in the center, which it is impossible to properly pick up and eat, because everything flows out through the hole. To the question: how is it? the employee said that the cook did not notice, offered a second pita bread. While he was carrying it, he told the cooks about the pita bread and they laughed together from that. He brought a tray of pita bread and showed that the pita bread comes off with a hole because they stuck together. Why should this be my problem? Do not sell this dish if there are no normal pita bread or their storage method. In the pita bread, for a moment, there were exactly five round pieces, about 3mm in size, sausages. By what criteria is this dish prepared and why is it served in such a disgusting form? After eating half of it, smeared it all over, spat on everything, rolled it up and threw it away. This is a nightmare!

I am writing a review to thank the manager who competently got out of an unpleasant situation. I ordered (yesterday 03.11.2024) two pizzas through the website for delivery, as a result, one was mixed up. After the call and explanation, the manager offered several options for correcting the error. Since the time was late and the issue was resolved 5 minutes before the closing of the institution, I offered to solve everything the next day. We agreed that today, after a phone call, they will place an order for the right pizza. Everything was done great - the pizza is hot, appetizing and delicious. The emotions remained only positive. Thank you again for your customer focus and well-done work!

Surprisingly, the "cancelled" pizzas arrived hot.As the courier told us, they had a system failure.I advise you to check the equipment and the work of the managers!!! Очень вкусная пицца, можно переплюнуть только если самому готовить каждый день , очень радуют скидки и возможность докупить напитков, персонал шустрый атмосфера в норме но это пиццерия а не ресторан так что годно, по времени готовят быстро, расположение не далеко от трамвайных путей заблудиться не выйдет

С заказом через интернет полная беда. Вроде как приходишь через заветные 30 минут, но даже своего заказа на табло не видишь. Потом появляется, что заказ будет готов через 9 минут. Вроде бы терпимо, но эти 9 минут в итоге длятся более чем пол часа. Я понимаю, что может быть повышенная загрузка, но можно по честному предупреждать об увеличенном времени исполнения заказа или временно остановить прием заказа.
Получается, что деньги заплатил, значит можешь подождать. Ни куда не денешься. Хоть бы кто извинился или ответил на обращение с якобы обратной связи. Но нет, до лампочки

Вежливый персонал, комфортный зал, удобное для Серебрянки расположение, ну и пицца там весьма и весьма вкусная.
Из минусов - зал мелковат и по вторникам там никогда нет места.

Если бы можно было поставить меньше - оценка явно была бы более доставерной заказ в 12.03 - по вашим же условиям доставки он должен быть в 12.33 в итоге в 13.08 говорят что курьер будет у вас ещё через 10 минут, как это пол часа и полтора часа?

Самая обычная пицца. Сравнительно с Лисицой, в которой заказываю - вообще не играет. Соус хороший, корочка приятная, но начинка.. Скажем через кусочки пепперони реально видно совесть(её отсутствие) малютки, который утверждал порционку. Но доставка быстрая, готовят на месте тоже быстро, персонал всегда без нареканий.
А кроме пиццы ничего там и не брал. Может быть там скрывается клад, но.. Пусть другие проверяют, а я и почитаю.
