One Sunday, after leaving home, I decided to call and place an order for takeaway, as a result, no one answered for 20 minutes, I already reached the cafe and made an order from them, but also had difficulties because the card payment terminal also did not work. After that, they said to expect shock rolls for 20 minutes. The operator called back and asked if I had dialed, after which, hearing a claim from me that I had already walked and ordered myself at the checkout, she joyfully replied: "Great!" and hung up the phone. Next, on Tuesday, when the promotion 2 is valid for the price of 1, I also decided to make a takeaway order, because I understand that the load is large, I place an order at 17:55, they say that it will be ready within an hour, I come to the pizzeria at 19:00, they say that I have to stand in a huge queue for payment, with people who only choose and place an order. I get in line, stand for another 20 minutes, after which I go to pay and they tell me that my pizza will start cooking in 15 minutes. Terrible service! They continue to accept orders, although they clearly do not have time to fulfill them even in highly inflated deadlines!

I periodically visited this institution and there were no complaints about the staff or the food. Now, I do not recommend going there, at least on Tuesdays, when supposedly 2 for the price of 1... Then you will get 2 pizzas, but how little filling there is in it, one chopped sausage for the whole pizza, the same thing on the second pizza. Maybe I got a beaten-up cook, but I'm not going there anymore!
