I regularly buy (bought) pizza here, different. For my taste, they make a wonderful pizza. The pizza was a failure today. Well, it's very good. I thought maybe the dough was not baked, maybe it was made on thin dough, I do not know how thin pizza tastes, I take it on thick all the time. I called with a claim. My claim was not accepted. A very positive girl said that everything is fine, that 3 mm is right for a thick dough. That if I don't like it, then that's fine. When asked how they react to the claims, she said that there was no way. The client is obviously wrong. Something like that.

Unfortunately, I have to edit the review for the worse. I am now completely convinced that pizza has been made carelessly. It used to be much better. The dough was fluffy and delicious, there was a lot of filling and it was always fresh, especially on the spot when the pizza was taken. I don't say anything about delivery at all - it feels like, in principle, pmtscers don't bother with delivery. The dough has become sparsely bland and not tasty, the filling has decreased by 30 percent. Regarding all types of meat, it has become dry. I write it the way it is. This is my opinion. But we will not order pizza from you anymore.

we ordered 1 pizza at Orlovskaya for pickup, after 30 minutes a notification appeared on the website that you can pick it up. we arrived, paid, the girl said that she needed to wait another 10 minutes, returned 10 minutes later, the guy was already standing, I asked if I could already pick up the pizza, they told me to wait for a certain time 10 minutes ago, in response I heard - you were deceived, another 15 minutes, it is clear that the guy is working on delivery, I would like to clarify that couriers in JACKETS walk around the kitchen, the chefs themselves take their time, barely make pizza, I understand that people are tired, but this is their job, if you do not have such endurance, then this job is not for you. I will continue, in 15 minutes I will again I go up to the employee and ask the same question, and I get an answer in response - five more minutes. within 20 minutes, I came up and heard the same answer. patience is not rubbery, I had to switch to raised tones and then, we hurried to do something. as a result, the horror, the wait of an hour and a half, where are those promised 30 minutes????

We stopped by for pizza , the pizza was very tasty , we took Hawaiian and farm pizza , cheese sides were added to the pizza - delicious .

The director of this point, are you holding your employees hostage? Why is it so unpleasant to come and order food from them? They don't say hello, they're gloomy, there's always no one at the cash register, their faces look like they're being forced to work there. Is showing your dissatisfaction with customers for guys from this point of view a sacred thing or is it written in the contract?.. There have already been a lot of reviews about pizza here, I agree with them, I do not recommend ordering pizza here, you can say no toppings, the pizza itself is very dry. And what happens is a pizzeria, but no service, no pizza. I only like to grab a cup of coffee (latte) and a lava cake here, that's for sure I can recommend! P.S. When I first went into this Domino, I thought what a nice little cozy point and liked the interior, the designers tried to make beauty, but the attitude and behavior of the staff and not tasty pizza spoiled the whole impression..

The cashiers are nice, the pizza is delicious, cooked in the oven. The interior itself was also pleased. The pizzeria is specifically small here, so large companies will not gather here, but it is a great place for those who want to eat delicious food alone. I order pizza here only when absolutely necessary, and every time there are only negative impressions.
