Domino's Pizzeria is a place where I always get incredible pleasure from pizza. I am always amazed by their high-quality products, the perfect combination of ingredients and the unsurpassed taste of each dish. It's nice to note that the delivery is always fast and the pizza arrives hot as soon as I take it out of the box. The service is top-notch, the staff is polite and attentive. I don't even want to put one star.
Never make an online payment at this institution, but rather avoid it.
We ordered pizza on December 24, and the wait was indicated on the website (75 minutes). We agreed with this factor and made an online payment. The waiting time was more than two hours, the services did not work, the shared phone did not work, we did not receive any notifications, SMS and other things, so we decided to go ourselves to clarify the status of our order and make a refusal.
However, the pizzeria itself did not give us a clear answer on the status, except to wait another 20 minutes for them to make pizza on the spot for pickup, we refused, since the evening was already ruined and we no longer wanted pizza. They demanded a refund. And here's a more exciting attraction, do you want a refund? Wait for it! The refund is made within 14 BUSINESS DAYS!!! No one apologized, no one got into the situation, there was no compensation for lost time and frayed nerves, and they weren't even offered, they don't care about your feedback at all.
As a result, a spoiled evening, a bad mood, a hungry pastime, a very long wait for a refund, and vague consultations.
Don't want such problems? Do not contact this institution, you will be healthier.

I highly recommend not using the services of Domino's Pizza Belarus (Dominospitza LLC), so as not to fall for lies, grandiloquence, as a result, nerves and spoiled mood and inviting guests.
In short, by the holiday of March 8, 25’, celebrated on 07/03, an order was placed for 10 pizzas in more than a day (03/06.25’), the day and time of delivery 07/03 12:30 was agreed.
On the day of delivery, at the specified tracking time, the order had the status "Order confirmed".
At the phone number 7717, they apologized and said that due to the traffic situation, they had to wait 15 minutes, and the courier was on the road. After the call, the track status changed to "Cooking".
At 12:50 p.m., the same operator informed us that the courier was about to arrive. The status was almost immediately changed to "Order on the way". From 13:00 to 13:15, the number 7717 and 8 044 532-77-17 were reset, or the machine reported that all operators were busy. At 1:20 p.m., the order status was changed to "Order delivered," although it was nowhere near there.
When we got through at 13:20 at 7717, we were informed that the courier was about 5 minutes away from us. When asked why this happens: you have to call for an hour, the order status is "The order has been delivered", they briefly said that the delivery is not ours, but an external courier + the situation with the influx of orders – therefore there is nothing unusual in this, wait.
As a result, the courier arrived at 14:20, during the period from 13:20 no one informed about anything, the order was refused.
The claim is as follows: outright lies and disregard for the client. If they had said right away that the order would be in 1.5-5 hours, it would have been time to resolve the issue in some other way and calmly accept the situation, postponing the celebration, compensate for the purchase, etc.

Previously, this pizza was in the top of the best, but now it's exactly the opposite. The dough has become not lush and sweet as before, but somehow chewy or something. I won't say anything about the filling at all, because there is practically none, 40 rubles for almost one dough, that's what I understand business. The pizzeria probably only lives off its promotions and promo codes.

In their nearest institution (independence 179), the administrator commented on this only by saying that this could not be and he did not need to fool his head with stupid claims (a neat pack of leaflets from the drawer did not convince him), but he gave the book of complaints immediately. Two months later, there was still no response to the remark.
