The pizza is delicious(hot)straight from the oven, it's better than home delivery, it's usually barely warm there. The staff is very busy with delivery, they do not pay attention to visitors in the hall until the day before yesterday, they all need to ask the cups to come to the cashier to punch something else. It was hot in the hall, there were no free tables, until the bird was ordered, a table would be vacant, I had to ask for a drink right away, without waiting for pizza. The kitchen is open, you can watch how pizza is prepared, the children liked it.

We ordered pizza on 30.10.24 by 19.15 for the child's birthday. The order number is 1171194. The holiday was scheduled by the minute. The delivery was delayed for 20 minutes, but judging by the reviews, we were still lucky, they write that they are delayed for an hour or two. And it would be fine if the problem was only 20 minutes away...
The pizza arrived cold, dry, tasteless, there was indecently little filling, it was difficult to call it pizza, it was very embarrassing in front of the guests.
The children were ordered nuggets, and they refused to eat them, saying they looked like boiled potatoes.
The courier is generally a separate topic, we thought he would fall asleep while he gave the order, he was in no hurry from the word at all, neither hello nor sorry for the delay, he only announced the amount.
There were delays before, but it was warm and edible.
I do not recommend this pizzeria.

The pizza I ordered on 24.05 and brought on 31.05 turned out to be baked, not cooked before delivery, there is practically no filling on the basis, one baked piece of chicken on a triangle, the cheese dried up, it became coarse and stale. I live 3 minutes away from you, how did your courier manage to bring a pizza at room temperature? ⛸️🎿🛷 despite the fact that it's summer, it's very hot outside 🔥 Maybe he got it so dry and cold. It's time to check the staff for aptitude. Something needs to be done with the kitchen.

It tastes terrible like sour milk. The last time I ordered pizza in this chain was a year ago and it was a complete horror and a year has passed, the number has changed - nothing has changed. Оформление хорошее, атмосфера прекрасная, сотрудники добрые и отзывчивые, еда готовится достаточно быстро. Неоднократно ходил туда и скажу, что это неплохое место для того что бы пообедать, а может даже отпраздновать маленький праздник (др с семьëй, например).

Персонал ужасен. Женщина на выдаче заказов сегодня в 20:30 стала учить меня как правильно упаковывать пиццу в термосумку, хотя я и сам это знаю. К тому же она стала делать это неправильно. А потом когда я сложил так как положено в яндекс доставке, она схватила меня за сумку и не отпускал пока я не переложил так как хочет она(в положение в котором везти её на велосипеде невозможно) . Из за этого пицца протекла в мою термосумку и мне пришлось её отмывать.
Такого цирка я давно не видел. Что б кассирша учила доставщика как перевозить заказ.

Мне не понравилось.Персонал так себе, время ожидания тоже. Из плюсов можно выделить только чистоту и то что там есть ступеньки для того чтобы ребёнок мог посмотреть, как готовят пиццу.

Обстановка так себе. Если просто заехать забрать пиццу, то в общем то нормально. Если посидеть, то не.. какое то чувство... не очень комфортно себя чувствуешь. Что касается пиццы, то вполне себе хорошего качества.

Не очень нравятся пиццы этой сети пиццерий. Мало начинки, много кетчупа. Цена - качество конечно. Но я бы заплатила и 30р за пиццу, будь в ней много вкусной начинки и тянущийся сыр.

Худшая сеть. Обслуживание просто жесть. Обманщики и мошенники. Вас обманут, и пальцем не пошевелят. Да и вообще на вас будет наплавать им. Обходите стороной. Уж лучше заказать в другом месте, чем в этой шарашкиной конторе

Уютное место, но тесное. Играет зачастую громкая музыка, что кассира услышать практически невозможно (а тем более, когда он в маске). Заказ делают где-то 15+ минут. Вполне нормальное время ожидания.
