The work is done efficiently, not always quickly due to the heavy seasonal workload, but if you argue the need to do it faster, if possible, go to a meeting. They won't repair or configure a one-time counterfeit, they won't even pick it up, and that's right. Sane people will never buy such a tool, and no one who is chasing cheapness will be able to explain that bullshit is not repaired.

I don't recommend it. They took a chainsaw for repairs, got it back, they didn't even blow it off the trash, and they charged ⅒ for the "repair" from the cost of a new one. Shameless work
