We ordered flowers for March 8, in advance, made an advance payment. The consultant assured me that in this case they would arrange the bouquet I liked ( 1 photo, 11 tulips). The consultants also do not respond to messages or answer questions about other colors, if they have made an advance payment, they do not want to place another order again, there is also less hassle. On March 8 in the morning, we went to get flowers and then this was waiting for me, I can't call this misunderstanding a bouquet. I understand that the photo may not match, a little, within reasonable limits of course, or the packaging, but IS IT? And there were 9 pieces, instead of the stated 11, and the buds were WRAPPED with an ELASTIC BAND. When asked where the bouquet that was supposed to be, I was told that they sold such tulips and there were only 5 pieces left, that is, accepting the prepayment, they assured that they would collect a bouquet with 1 photo. Demanding a refund of the prepayment, another employee replied: "Photos on Instagram and in real life may differ, why are you surprised?" That is, for them this is the norm and the fact that the tulips I needed were sold, she ignored. The money was returned, but I will never buy flowers in this flower shop again. Do not order flowers in this flower shop if you do not want to spoil your holiday mood and stay without flowers. To deceive like that.
