I add to the review: a representative of the chain contacted me and offered to sort out the situation, although I did not complain to the store because I was not sure what the reason for the duplication was. They asked to bring a suit with documents from a dry cleaner in order to establish the reasons for a possible marriage. The director of this network figured out the current situation, clearly taking into account the interests of the buyer, saying that this was the first time this case of fabric duplication had occurred. He contacted the manufacturer, gave them information about the jacket and took it away to be sent for examination, in return he offered to choose any other suit for free. I note that the reason for the duplication has not yet been established at that time (poor-quality dry cleaning or marriage). I had a pleasant impression of this whole story and the attitude of this network to its customers. Bottom line: would I recommend this network to my friends to purchase costumes and come back for a purchase more than once? Definitely yes! After all, nowadays it is difficult to find a high-quality service with full customer orientation.
