Very long stops , it 's cold in the cabin , comfort is 0 , the seats do not recline !!! We booked the tickets 23 days before the trip, but the dispatcher did not inform us that it was possible to choose seats. Negligence , irresponsibility , incompetence of the carrier ! We promised in 16 hours, we got there in 14. And I can't say that he drove hard. The only thing is, we were driving through the LPR, there you need to get out at the checkpoint, and the point itself is in a "booth", people are standing on the street.
