The other day we went into this pastry shop and decided to try a few pieces of cakes. We didn't expect them to be so satisfying.
Such fresh pastries, everything is soft (several layers can be cut with the edge of a fork with light pressure), hearty and very tasty.
We tried a piece of cake with strawberries and it was fresh, sweet. She didn't turn into jelly, she stayed in her shape.
Tiramisu was the most delicate and coffee-like. The base was soaked so that it was slightly harder than the cream.
The chocolate pancake cake was so satisfying that we barely finished it.
We also took a cake with condensed cream and a cake similar to meringue. These were the most satisfying and simply bombastic!
Thanks to this wonderful institution and the people who create such masterpieces for a sweet tooth! We will come here more than once now!

Pavlova only looks like Pavlova. In fact, the meringue was not cut off or bitten off. Perhaps good reviews are written by those who ordered a simpler dessert, for example, tiramisu or cheesecake.
