The driver is a professional-he drove quickly, but without comfort, since the bead was killed by ten years of travel and is not provided at all for long-distance trips.It is a pity that such professionals have to work on obsolete transport (People were stuffed like a herring in a barrel, there is nowhere to put things. The driver has to listen to all the negativity from the passengers. It's time for the owners to upgrade their vehicles a long time ago!!! I will no longer drive this carrier👎👎👎

This is the 4th year I have been using the services of this company. I have encountered unpleasant situations several times. I always take a Donetsk - Moscow flight with a landing at Shakhterskn. They called once, confirmed the reservation, and told me the bus number, stop, and boarding time. At that time, I arrived, waited for an hour and a half, called the dispatcher, did not answer the question where the bus was, promised to call back, called back, said that the flight was canceled and I should have been warned. No one warned, there was one call with booking confirmation and flight information. A day later, my studies were already starting, it took +-18 hours to drive, and I had to be in Moscow the next day. I had to find another carrier in a hurry. An unpleasant situation also happened today. The place is booked, yesterday we received information about the time, stop and bus number. The bus arrived, but the driver said that I was not on the passenger list, they called the dispatcher, the dispatcher promised to clarify the information and after a few hours he did not clarify anything and did not call back. There were situations when the flight was specifically delayed. There are always some difficulties with landing in the DPR. The dispatcher would like to take a more responsible approach to his work. There is no desire to travel with this carrier!
