We decided to have a nice time and came to the Doner House for a shawarma. Nothing foreshadowed trouble, I was in a great mood until the cashier spoiled it (working shift: 01/24/2026). The problem happened literally out of the blue: the cashier's misunderstanding that during this period of time, payment with an iPhone is possible using an Alpha Sticker (a full-fledged analogue of a debit card). The conviction that I would not be able to pay with a card shocked me. (No similar problems have been identified elsewhere.) In the summer, there was no such rudeness towards clients in the Doner House, everything was fine, the customer orientation was excellent. The only star will be awarded only for the delicious shawarma (this is invariable), everything else, unfortunately, did not meet expectations. Stress tolerance and courtesy to customers is one of the most important qualities in working in the service sector.

Probably the most delicious shawarma I've eaten lately. The place is small but cozy, you can see that it was made with a soul. The meat is really juicy with a crust, the sauce is generally top, does not clog the taste, but rather enhances it. The pita bread is slightly toasted, crunchy, and the vegetables are fresh, as if they had just been chopped. The photo is like in real life, even more appetizing than in the pictures. The girls are polite, no show-offs, everything is fast but calm, they suggested that it is better to try it first. I took one and came back for the other. I'll definitely come back. Anyone who likes a really delicious shawarma is here.

I've been coming here since the opening and it's always nice to come back. The atmosphere is cozy, the guys work quickly and with a smile, I already know everyone by name, even, everyone is friendly. The food is delicious and always fresh, the portions are generous. It feels like they take care of the customers here. For me, this place has become my favorite in Kobrin. Thanks to Julia's cook
