Заказывали 5 донеров на компанию 20 июля. Закат ждали час, в итоге рассчитались за все, а по факту не было еще одного донера. Сама шаурма сухая. В поддержке, извинились и сказали что привезут в течении 15 минут, а потом перезвонили с другого номера и сказали что довезут только через 45 МИНУТ! Т. е. все поели, а один человек сидит голодный, это вообще нормально? Больше не будем заказывать, клиентоориентированность на уровне плинтуса, в службе сказали «Так бывает». Считаю не приемлемым и не советуем от слова совсем! 1 звезда только потому что нельзя поставить 0.
