We ordered French fries, waited 20 minutes, but they never arrived. When they came to clarify, the guy said that the order was not ready yet. After 5 minutes, he asked us how many servings we ordered, and then took out a bag of potatoes from the refrigerator... Very strange service. It feels like orders are just being forgotten.
