I understand everything, but first of all, this is the service sector. If employees are so "trapped" in fulfilling their main task, then they shouldn't work there.

It's just terrible. 06.11.2024 I took a doner. At the checkout, the girl is not adequate, rude to everyone, rude and throws orders. I made a remark, in response, my order waited 45 minutes, as others who came after me received it immediately. I found hair in the doner. He didn't eat. I do not recommend visiting this place
