The worst company I had to deal with was Darmatic (Darhan Gate) Don't mess with me! We bought a gate from the manufacturer Darmatic (Darhan) — and that was our biggest mistake. Factory defects — gates leak at the slightest rain! Both the doors themselves and the box are leaking, as if they hadn't been tested for outdoor conditions at all. The installation is disgusting — it was installed with distortions, visually everything is crooked, the locks do not get up, the door does not fit. They do not respond to claims, either by phone, in writing, or through a dealer. They can't come, they can't answer— they don't have to. But they smile at the comments and grin cynically, as if they are mocking. The service is below zero, and the client is just a way for them to cut down money and forget. Don't be fooled — avoid Darmatic. Such a "gate" is a disgrace. And their attitude towards people is a spit in the customer's face. Money is wasted and a lot of nerves.
