Good day to all. I rarely write reviews, but here, as they say, the case itself ordered and, alas, sad. I applied to the Door Bazaar company, I ordered 4 doors.
On April 04, there was a freeze. The measurer Pavel turned out to be a very weak specialist, as a result, on April 11, he had to be called for a second measurement. Were you assured afterwards? that the doors will be ready in 15-20 business days.
A month later, I started calling their office once a week with the question "where are the doors?". As I understand it now, the order was simply lost, and the young man answered standardly – "Everything is fine, wait." It was only two months later that they paid attention to me, as a result, I received the doors only in mid-JULY. And then not immediately, I waited another week for the damaged canvas to be delivered.
Further, during installation, it turned out that two 75mm boxes and one cashier were superfluous, and a 100mm box was brought the wrong length and it was not enough! The re-order period, as you understand, is 10 working days.
According to one opening, the door could be placed 50 mm wider (incorrect measurement)! The other two doors to the adjacent rooms (standing next to each other) were measured and made with different heights. One canvas had to be completely disassembled and assembled during installation, because the canvas had to be made longer from the bottom by 30mm, and it was made by 15mm on both sides.
The penalty for delay in 40 days amounted to as much as 20p. The contract does not take into account the responsibility of the "firm" for anything. Time has been lost catastrophically.
As a conclusion, the main thing for the company is to take an advance, then you just don't give a damn, in general, like at a bazaar.
I want to add a review. Two years later, the mechanism of the interior door handle broke down. You press the handle, but the latch does not open. As a result, a 9-year-old child remained locked in a room without a phone until his parents arrived. And it's lucky that trouble didn't happen. The handles were a gift for the doors. It's good that this company does not make the doors themselves!!!
