I ordered 3 doors . they were able to fix their joints only 4 times. (4 times the doors were brought and taken away for production , after which they returned these doors , but with new jambs : creases , scratches , etc.) the cost of these doors is 1100 rubles , whether they are worth their money , in the quality that they are, I have great doubts.
And I would also like to say hello to the "manager" LYUDMILA, whose competence lies only in phrases : "we are betting all over the country and everyone likes everything" , "everything is fine with payment" "we do not have dissatisfied customers"

The operators are tin, some kind of special selection for the ability to brazenly deceive and feed with promises. The measurer was on a roll, dissuaded from all options, both "unnecessary" and necessary). As a result, the absence of unnecessary tensioners in the case of a mirror cloth on one side of the door led to their deformation. An attempt to install tensioners resulted in damage to the mirrors. As a result, there is a new production of canvases and it looks like there will be no doors this year. Planning in this "company" is completely absent, in general, according to what principle orders are processed and contracts are fulfilled has remained a mystery. The only one who has no complaints is the installers, but they also look tired of this mess. Firstly, poor organization of the workflow, lack of communication between employees, lack of feedback. Every time you have to call yourself and voice the information from scratch. Secondly, it is clear that employees are not interested in their work, which is the fault of the management. First of all, the claim is against him. As a result, it is optional, irresponsible: all the delivery dates of the door were shifted more than once, the doors were delivered 10 days later than the deadline specified in the contract. I got the impression that I contacted a one-day company. The only plus is the professional work of Ilya's installer. I strongly do not recommend this company.

Deceive people by passing off cheap doors for expensive ones!
We ordered 4 flush-mounted doors in August 2023. After making the prepayment, the people disappeared. Calls are not answered, in Viber they respond two days later with messages like "we don't know, we'll call you back later" and do not call back. Instead of the promised 2.5 weeks, the doors were carried 6! I had to call dozens of phones myself to find out at least some information.
We ordered the most expensive filling, which consists entirely of wood, but the doors were brought hollow. The husband made a hole with a drill to check the interior - and there was foam inside. To which the head of the company replied, "Well, yes. The factory didn't have time to make your doors, so they made them out of styrofoam." As a result, they wanted to sell us foam doors for the price of wood doors, trying to hide it. A disgusting bunch of scammers. I recommend avoiding it.

After a while, about 6 months, one door began to jam from the jamb of the box... The installer came and fixed it. 3 months later, they began to climb the handles, moreover, one handle is strong, and the rest are a little bit... An installer was called, we were told that 1 handle could be replaced as defective, and the rest "did not crawl enough" :-D I fell into the sediment... Okay, let's wait until they crawl, when 1 year has passed, they crawled around enough and at the same time ALL the handles! What did the company tell us: "your warranty period has expired.".. It's my fault that I didn't insist on replacing it right away! For 1 year and 4 months, the second door in the toilet began to jam...
When we called the company, we were offered "we can order NEW pens for you" - Thank you, I certainly won't buy them from you!!! If you do not want to change defective pens (while a friend has the same situation with pens from you), then tell them so that people do not waste time and immediately go to COURT.

I was stunned by the price, I did not immediately realize that I would give a transcript of the price. As soon as he left, I called back and asked him to send the calculation to Viber. I asked for 3 days, I didn't throw it off. The evil one sent it to the company, they said that the measurer should do it, but they had nothing to do with it. They give such information only to legal entities, and to individuals only the measurer. A very long correspondence. Then the measurer returned 60 rubles, allegedly made a mistake. The director's phone number, no matter how she asked, was not given. They brought the order without platbands, brought it to tears until everything turned out. The invoice, or whatever it is instead, was never given. I was only pleased with the installation wizard Stas. Thank him very much. I do not recommend the company. I read reviews of their work after installing the door, everyone is extremely unhappy. You need to read first, and then make a decision.
