Disgusting service.
We purchased interior doors + Installation. The choice fell on this store, due to the fact that the prices for interior doors of average quality are almost the same everywhere, the owner of the store assured that the Installation would be of high quality. Since we were looking exclusively for a high-quality installation. But in the end, the installer Alexander installed the doors crookedly, if there were any flaws, they were kept silent about them until they themselves paid attention to them. And the cherry on the cake was that he just put the arch to the front door on glue and wasn't even going to foam it. When the jamb was identified, the installer was contacted, and as it turned out, he did it on purpose, since before that he demanded money from above, which was refused, since all payments for the doors and installation were directly carried out in the store itself with the provision of checks. The owner turned out to be completely spineless, as he could not even help resolve the dispute between the installer and the customer, which indicates a lack of customer orientation and low quality of service provision. Please note that no warranty was given for the installation. And we are not the only ones who suffered from such poor-quality work :) if you want to save your nerves, contact another place for the service, there are plenty of shops in Molodechno that provide high-quality service!
