We stayed at the hotel from 08/13/2025 to 08/20/2025. The staff is as friendly as possible, ready to help with any questions. I was pleased with the cleanliness and cleaning in the room, it was always nice to come back after long walks. On the last day, we saw our "fairy of purity" - a lovely girl, Sonya, who, as it turned out, speaks Russian well, is polite and pleasant. I didn't like the breakfasts, the assortment itself, but the cleanliness in the hall and on the tables is excellent! Nice employees are constantly cleaning and wiping things. Beautiful and comfortable lobby. Powerful air conditioning system. The room itself is not bad, but everything is obviously not new, there are broken bedside tables and a sink. The beds are comfortable, the bed is stripe satin. We slept great . Great blackout curtains. The hotel is next to the bus stop, with a small view of the Bosphorus even from the second floor. The only one opposite is a strange abandoned building, but as I understand it, it's like this everywhere, especially in the old center. Overall, I liked the hotel.
