A very cozy place away from noisy roads and cities. There are 2 cabins with all amenities on the territory. The kitchen has everything you need, there is a stove - fireplace, heats well and for a long time, there is a TV, a barbecue outside. You can go to the river, there is a ladder for descending into the water. Everything is thought out for a good rest. There is a small playground for children. There is a separate place for a bonfire. We were greeted like family, very warmly and with care. Huge thanks❤

I'll start with the road to dorf.by D. The mines . The road to the place of rest is good asphalt except for the last 400-500 m - bumpy gravel.
House , territory , sauna :
There are 2 houses in one courtyard area.
For one big company, of course, this is a plus.
If the companies are unfamiliar to each other , there will most likely be discomfort .
The houses are located 10-15 meters from each other.
The territory itself is not flat, if you relax with children, you need to take all the entertainment with you (there is one roller coaster and a slide on the territory).
The grill is small in size.
It's not enough for a company for a whole day.
Neither coal nor firewood are included in the price.
You need to take extra luggage with you.
The bathhouse is located 20 m behind one of the houses, the bathhouse is heated with pressed sawdust, which burns out instantly - in order to warm up and steam well, you need to constantly go out and throw up 😤
The stove is small.
The steam room for 4 people is quite cramped. The proposed brooms will suit only those who are interested in the surroundings - there is no practical benefit from them. Mushrooms have sprouted in the water bucket 🤪
There is a river behind the fence, the very presence of a river is a dubious advantage. The passage to it is not equipped.
On the plus side, there is a small wooden pier.
About the house - The interior inside the house is quite modern. Necessary household appliances are available 👍
The house was completely unprepared for the arrival of overnight guests, (unsanitary conditions are present ), a dead bumblebee was lying on the stove , the placemats on the table were dirty , there was dirt under the glass, the stand for appliances was very dirty , a lot of dead bugs , a lot of flying animals and bugs, the floor was dirty , there were lumps of dust under the beds , cobwebs!
The availability of dishes in the kitchen is of course a plus, BUT! To use the plates and appliances , they had to be washed , the cutting board was just a fear.
The water in the washbasin goes very badly , apparently everything is clogged (.
The water in the faucet has an unpleasant smell of iron.
There is a stove in the house that is heated with pressed sawdust that instantly burns out like in a bathhouse , in order to light it , you need to get firewood , twigs or chips yourself ( by our arrival there were a couple of wooden sticks for a day ) .
The Instagram ads are too exaggerated. The "prices" sections contain contradictory information. It is better to discuss all the points from beginning to end personally, so that there are no misunderstandings.

A wonderful place! Wonderful hosts. Everything in the house is clean and 100% corresponds to the description and photo. They were in May 2023. There is a barbecue at the house, just behind the fence there is a river (there is fish, the current is strong). The sauna is clean and comfortable. In the house, the stove coped with -3 at night, but I had to wake up and throw it up a couple of times. It's a wonderful summer house. There is silence around, storks, all the sights are within an hour's reach. I recommend.
