The 1st year girls from room 102A are worse than monkeys. They should be in the aviary, not in the dorm room. If you have entered adulthood, then behave like adults. And the people in the hallway are no better, there is a curfew, and they are deep and for a long time. Acoustics are generally a good thing — it's impossible to sleep.
