Не предупреждают что оплата наличными, рядом нет ни сбера ни Тинькофф чтобы снять деньги. Не пытаются решить проблему, перевод на личную карту не принимают, еще и виноватой выставили якобы я не побежала снимать деньги. Не советую! Клиентоориентированности никакой

Были в Вологде проездом, ребёнок порвал штаны. Нужно было срочно помочь. В ателье Дорофей нас выручили за чисто символическую (по меркам города, где мы живем) плату.
