Customers are rude, they do not monitor the cleanliness of the store, anyone can calmly enter the office space for some reason and no one will be embarrassed by it. There is a delay, flies on the shelves, dirt in the clothing department and flowers that have lived their lives (if this is not today's delivery). When you come to the meat department, there is no assortment, it is unclear what is with the supply of products. The price tags are poorly displayed. You don't understand where any goods are by weight (especially frozen pancakes). The manager apparently doesn't give a damn about all the violations on their part. How can you close the holes in the meat department with bags so that flies don't fly in there? And is this for sale? Awful. It is a pity for the people who buy goods in this place. I really want this review to be seen by people from the sanitary station. Because this is all an unbearable attitude towards customers.

Regarding vegetables, and more specifically their condition and quality, is a separate topic. Outright rot is sold as a discounted product, and at the same time lies directly on top of a high-quality product, which is completely unacceptable according to the rules of trade. Stickers on product boxes are often missing, or they are so dirty and erased that it is impossible to read the dates and the country of the manufacturer. Recently, this store sold an apple, allegedly from Moldova. The size and appearance made one wonder in which Moldavian expanses this game was collected!? But the price was,"decent and honest."Lately, I really want to call the Marta hotline and invite them on an excursion to this METROPOLITAN store! Today, 09/15/25. I visited the store again to buy cream tomatoes. The tomatoes are in boxes, and next to them in another box is a tomato packaged in bags (this is how they usually sell discount items here). The price tag is only for the good product, the packages are not marked. I ask the seller for the price of the goods in the package (and the contents of the package are good goods, the goods are green and rotten). The seller replies that the price is the same as for a good one, i.e. 4.25. I say, it can't be like that, because the product is not of good quality! She asked to call the manager. She came out and confirmed the price of 4.25, while saying that the product was good... big deal, the buyers pressed)) I took a photo of a bad product, but the department store's reaction was with the words ((we all know how to take pictures! Where is the company's management!? Why do they write reviews for you!? Or do you consider the situation in your stores to be normal?

A great store that has preserved the good old traditions of this chain. The sellers are friendly and experienced, but there are few of them. And the assortment is like a hypermarket. There are always flowers, fresh vegetables, meat, sausage and at very modest prices. You can also buy clothes there, but there is clearly not enough space for this department.
