I recently stayed at this hostel and was very satisfied! Clean, cozy, convenient location and great atmosphere — everything is done with care for the guests. I would especially like to mention the administrator Lisa, who is incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful! She always helped with any questions, suggested where to go in the city, and created a sense of real home comfort. Thanks to Lisa and the entire hostel team for the warm welcome — I will definitely come back!

Nice hostel. I stay here every time I come to Almaty. I like the fact that it's clean and cozy, and order is constantly maintained. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The developed infrastructure, nearby there are public transport stops and a metro station, you can reach anywhere in the city. Special thanks to the administrator Lisa for her kindness, decency and responsiveness. She is ready to help you with any issues that arise at any time.

I am a seconded employee of an Almaty company. I've been looking for a good hostel near our office for two days. And I found the Dos hostel. Starting with the closed territory and the current video surveillance, I liked the fact that it is like a resort or a sanatorium here. Peace and order. The receptionist Lisa and the maid Oksana are very polite and have been in the hotel business for years. A spacious lounge with upholstered sofas, a flat-screen large TV and aquarium fish create a comfortable atmosphere, as if you are somewhere in the Maldives or Turkey. The room and bathroom are clean. The bed linen is freshly ironed. A spacious and bright kitchen with 3 refrigerators and a bunch of dishes and accessories. There is even a mantovarka. A 90cm gas stove with an oven, where I will finally bake a pizza. Three washing machines. Exercise equipment and dumbbells. A separate room in the form of a mini-office for reading and studying. No one shouts on the phone, like in the hostels where I lived. In general, guys, this is the quietest and most cozy hostel. And the price for such a service is quite acceptable. I recommend it to my friends and acquaintances. And also the proximity of the mountains and the fresh mountain air. You can't hear the sounds of cars. There are no motorcyclists. Many thanks to the hosts and in particular to the administrator Elizabeth for the warm welcome and Oksana for the order and cleanliness.

I like it here, friendly administrators, keep everything in order, if only the treadmill would work... you won't swim fat here. There are scales and 2 exercise machines... the kitchen is large, and there is a guest room... you can look at the fish)))in general, I like it.
