It seems that the girls at the service center do not understand why they are in their place. We came in, said hello, and voiced the problem. In response, there was just silence and an empty stare. The employee, as she sat blinking, continued to sit. We repeated the situation 10 minutes later — no reaction. It was only after the request to invite the administrator that the situation began to move at least somehow. If an employee can't even register an appeal and react, why is he needed there at all? We are very disappointed with the level of service.
