I bought a KIA Sorento from an authorized DOSCAR dealer. A few months later, when replacing the punctured wheel, I discovered that the spare tire from the factory had been installed in violation: the “INSIDE” marking was on the outside, and there was a patch on the sidewall — which is unacceptable according to safety standards. I contacted the dealer with an official statement, attached a photo and video. I received a refusal — they referred to the period of ownership and the fact that the defect allegedly occurred after the transfer of the car. It is sad that one tire negates the trust that was originally placed in the official dealer. I hoped that in an obvious situation, the dealer would side with the client. But, alas, this did not happen. I hope my review will help others to be more attentive when accepting a car and serve as feedback to improve the service.
