A very nice house. Positive: All nearby kindergartens, schools, ken Mart, shops, pharmacies, butcher shop, polyclinic, dentistry. The house is very warm, clean, the communal apartment is not expensive. Cons: it's a long way to the bus stop, parking is tight, prices in stores are expensive, the water is heavily chlorinated, the area is densely populated. Bottom line: The house is good, the area is inhabited, everything you need is nearby, mainly for young families. P.S this is purely my subjective opinion

You can't say anything about the super area, even though they made a parking spot and the quality makes itself felt, speed bumps are almost erased and drivers don't drive but fly, which is scary for children, especially those who ride bicycles
