I like it here, although I drive here very far from my house. The staff is responsive, the attitude towards the client is good, but not all narrow specialists are there. During the summer holidays, I could not get either a cardiologist or a gastroenterologist, and in general there is no therapist at the 9th precinct. Although other district therapists take patients and do not leave us without attention, I would like to have my own permanent one.

I'll make a reservation right away that the doctors who examined me were great, there are no questions about them at all, some of the most friendly and empathetic doctors I've met.
I lowered my assessment for inconvenient logistics - to a gynecologist in one building, for an ultrasound in another, and for tests in a third. It's very inconvenient to run between buildings like that, constantly taking off and putting on shoe covers.
It is also worth noting that I waited for the ultrasound 2 (!!!) an hour, despite the fact that I received services on a paid basis. The problem here was not the fault of the doctors, but the fault of the records system itself and the administration. My gynecologist booked me for an ultrasound at 14 o'clock, I came even a little earlier, but the girl at the reception said that only on a first-come, first-served basis can I get an ultrasound. An hour later, my gynecologist called me with questions about where I had gone, and she was extremely surprised that I was sent to sit in line. After about another 30-40 minutes, I was accepted. The gynecologist apologized to me several times, she even stayed late specifically to wait for the ultrasound results, although her working day was already over by that time, for which she is particularly grateful.
A week later, I went to see a gynecologist again and there was a software glitch in the entire clinic, which caused data from my medical records to not load, and there were huge queues at the reception. It happens, I understand, but the whole system was literally paralyzed by this glitch.
In general, to summarize: the doctors (at least the ones I visited) are good here, the very structure of all the processes is not very thoughtful.
