Nice pleasant hotel. We stayed here for a couple of nights. When we were there, the hotel was practically empty. There are breakfasts, although modest, but there is something to eat. They also put things in the laundry, by morning everything was dry and clean.

I didn't find anything to do with the photos on their website. The room for two looked like a double bed + an old cot, which had one leg broken and it was leaned on an outlet. By the way, there is only one outlet in the room. The shower was leaking, there was only liquid soap and shower gel (probably), no additional shampoos, etc. There is a balcony and air conditioning. The breakfast is good, there is plenty to choose from, but the staff is rude. In front of us, the woman swore at the guests and said that we (the guests) were pigs.... I would not like to give up here again

Very good breakfasts, hearty. From 7.30 am to 10 am. The hotel is generally clean and tidy. The building itself is not new, but the interior is quite well renovated. The room stock is in order, lived in an improved standard. There is a refrigerator, a kettle, a TV (it doesn't show very well, but there are a lot of channels). WIFI works well, the speed keeps within 15-25 Mbps, but it falls off 2-3 times a day, but immediately reconnects. In comparison with other hotels in Shymkent, it was the best) The staff is helpful, cleaning every day in the morning, changing towels every day and bringing a new bottle of water. The room has air conditioning. The heating is good, it is always warm, sometimes even hot. Not far from the hotel there is a large market, pharmacies, magnum shops 100 meters away, cafes, snack bars and convenient access to wherever you want, near Tauke Khan Avenue, where there is a lot of public transport. One of the disadvantages is the audibility from the hallway when neighbors slam their doors and talk loudly. And also the water pressure - hot water flows from the shower in a barely weak trickle... it takes a very long time to wash, it is inconvenient. The restaurant is closed (maybe not in season?) - November 2022. Laundry is not available around the clock, but until 18.00. Next to the hotel is Adyrbekova Street, which is currently being renovated (for the 4th month), which introduces minor inconveniences to how to get to the hotel. But, if these disadvantages are not critical to you, then in general for your money - a great hotel! I recommend it!
