An amazing hotel!
The price=quality ratio.
The rooms are clean, spacious, and I would say huge.
A decent, hearty, delicious breakfast.
The female chef is a darling.
We arrived from a long journey at eight in the morning, and despite the fact that we had a room reserved for one day, and check-in after 14.00, we were fed, absolutely free of charge, for this a special HUGE thank you!
The staff is friendly and caring. I definitely recommend it.

The hotel is very cozy and clean. The ratio of price and quality. I liked homemade mantas for dinner. However, it is a bit expensive. The staff is generally friendly. I really liked the fact that they go to a meeting at any moment. For example, in my case, they offered to include an additional steam room in the sauna in the amount of accommodation or offered to use dinner. If you don't have time for something, there are alternatives. By the way, about the steam room. Good steam and the pool was clean. The price is reasonable 4,000 hours, it is quite convenient to warm up and swim after a hard day. In general, I liked it. I recommend.

We stayed at this hotel on October 5-6, 2024, room 12, double. As the receptionist at the reception said, this room belongs to the "Luxury" category, but this room is very far from this category. The cleaning of the room before our check-in was partially carried out - there were crumbs from food from previous guests on the tables, hair on the floor and the palace, debris, dried drops from some sticky liquid, a bunch of hair in the shower drain, a cobweb at the baseboard between the closet and the wall. There is insufficient lighting in the room - there are no bedside lamps and a table lamp. There were only one hangers, there was no kettle in the room, there was no drinking water and tea bags either. Towels were a horror, it was disgusting to wipe your hands, they were not white, but gray, washed. The foot towel turned out to be the cleanest. The view from the window is a separate topic - the windows overlook the green corrugated board of the neighboring house. There is no separate hall (room) for eating, 4 tables for eating are located in the lobby near the reception. There are dirty stains on the tables, dishes are poorly washed, traces of tea (coffee) stains on the mugs. A maid in the same clothes cleans the rooms and delivers food during breakfast. One of the advantages is the availability of Wi-Fi and clean bed linen, for this I give 1 star

A very cozy hotel. It is located away from noisy roads. The cleanliness is amazing: not a speck of dust, not a hair. The bed linen is white, pleasantly smelling, without a single spot. The location is unclear, I do not know the city. The attitude is quite kind, they settled in before 14 o'clock without any problems. The room is a little tired, but overall everything is quite decent. Breakfast in a narrow window is from 8 to 9:30 in the morning. The breakfast itself is decent, but modest, without frills. The room is not noisy, sleeping is quite comfortable.

We stayed for 6 days. We came from Russia to visit our relatives and friends. We found a hotel in 2GIS, rooms were ordered by va.
They answered us in the VA with a delay, but they answered all the questions. As a result, we booked one junior suite for two and one spacious single room.
Payment is made either by bank cards of Kazakhstan or in cash in teng. Russian bank cards are not accepted for payment. It doesn't matter visa or the World. Although before the trip I thought that the World would be accepted in Kazakhstan . This upset us, and I also did not like that when we checked in, we were persistently offered to pay right now (during the shift of the receptionist on duty), and not when it is convenient for the guests. At the same time, we checked in in the evening, and planned to go to the exchange office in the morning. Well, there was a small amount in teng on hand and we paid in advance for a day.
The rooms themselves are spacious, there is a shower, hot water, slippers, bathrobes, a bar and a refrigerator. A TV with many channels, from Russian to entertainment.
In the junior suite, there was also a sofa in the large room. But the blatant stains on the couch did not encourage him to sit down . It would be better if there was no sofa or a fresh cape would be made.
Breakfast is included in the price, delicious, cooked in front of you. You can ask for porridge, you can have fried eggs with sausage, yogurt, tea and coffee to choose from. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty!
There is Wi-Fi, on the 1st floor it is weak, on the second it is good (they lived there). After the first day, I stopped connecting, connection error due to exceeding ip addresses. So we were left without the Internet. They talked about the problem at the reception, but they spread their hands, they can't do anything. It looks like this is how the equipment is configured.
The service is polite. Sleep well and peacefully, very quiet at night. The linen is clean and fresh, the mattresses are not depressed. There were also minor household issues, but in general

The hotel is in the private sector. Everything is very good, very clean. The rooms are beautiful, the staff is polite and friendly. In the room there are slippers, bathrobe, shampoo,shower gel, brush paste. There is a refrigerator with a mini bar, no kettle. There is a cooler with hot water on each floor. There is also an ironing board and an iron on the third floor. Delicious homemade breakfasts. You order in the evening what you will eat to choose from: scrambled eggs, omelet, porridge, pancakes, yogurt and coffee (instant) or tea. Boiled coffee for an additional fee. In general, I recommend this hotel, it is very decent. Parking for cars in the courtyard of the hotel behind automatic gates.
