Level 11 Local Expert

The location is good, the very center. We rented an apartment here, but repairs are already required, as the entrance panels, roof glazing and metal stairs have fallen into disrepair. The idea is good, but the execution is lame. The view from the upper floors is gorgeous.

It's not comfortable.it's kind of dark, as if I got into the 90s, I would like to refresh the renovation, there's more light, the parking lot is always packed, the location is good. In a word, depending on who is looking for what, there is not everything .
