Incompetent specialists and a disappointing attitude towards the client. Dostyk Optics installed lenses with an interpupillary distance significantly different from the one specified in the recipe. Because of this, it was uncomfortable to wear glasses. For a long time I couldn't figure out what the reason was, I hoped it just took time to get used to it. It was only later, when I turned to another optician, that I found out that the lenses were installed incorrectly — the specialists told me about this in detail. After that, I turned back to Dostyk Optics, but they refused to make a refund for incorrectly selected lenses, citing the fact that two months had passed. At the same time, they initially said something completely different on the phone — they promised to check everything and return the money. In the end, they only offered a replacement, but by that time I had already installed new lenses in another, more professional optics. The attitude towards the client was just terrible. I have never encountered such neglect anywhere before. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the manager or administrator with whom I communicated, but it is clearly not worth it for a person to work with people. I ask the management to pay attention: the visit was on 06/17/2025 at about 16:30. Perhaps they have a wide range and pleasant service at first glance, but the real level of professionalism and attitude towards customers leave much to be desired. I strongly do not recommend contacting this store.
