The center of gravity is in Petropavlovsk. To the cinema, to the shops for clothes and electronics - all there. A normal shopping mall, and even cool for a small town. I can't say that it's cheap either in the grocery department, in the cinema, or in cafes, but there are a lot of people, probably because there is not much alternative. The cinema hall is modern, wide aisles between the rows, a ticket for a 2d movie cost 2000 rubles, it's 400 rubles.
