As I understand it, this is a restored pillbox, as the destruction and brick under the plaster are visible. Why not keep it in its original form? Or if you have made changes, then fix the current destruction. In general, it doesn't look good right now.

It looks alien in the current architectural development. Although in itself, in isolation from the environment, it is solid. It smells like history. Perhaps it's just located in the wrong place, or if it's here, but with a plaque with a detailed historical tour, it would look more significant.

This is a conical German pillbox from the Second World War. He stands on the former border of the Jewish ghetto and looks at it through the embrasures, now tightly walled up. During the construction of the design institute, which is in the frame, they decided to demolish the pillbox. The pillbox did not give in to jackhammers, and the estimated weight of the necessary explosives should have crumbled the already built building of the institute at the same time. Therefore, the entrance and embrasures were concreted, whitewashed and left alone.
