It may not be worth going on purpose, but if you are passing through, you can look in. You can climb inside and look around, but you have to go through the garbage and puddle at the entrance. I've been standing there for so many years! I hope the city authorities or volunteers will clean up the garbage so that the historical site does not turn into a landfill.
