Rating 7/10 - the price is significantly too high compared to the quality.
The location of the hotel is certainly more than good - all the sights are nearby, as well as cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance. BUT from the point of view of the quality of the hotel itself, there are still some unpleasant nuances.
We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights during the May holidays. Standard room, on the 8th floor, Windows on the roof of the shopping center.
The entrance to the hotel is convenient, there is parking, BUT the public near the entrance raises questions - on the one hand, there are crowds of teenagers near the entrance to the shopping center, on the other - "interesting" girls near the entrance to the hotel.
We were extremely surprised by the inspection of suitcases and even small bags on a ribbon at the entrance to the hotel. It was strange, but on the whole it passed without any conflicts.
Next, a nice girl at the reception gave out room cards, told me everything in detail.
After going up to the room, they discovered the presence of a terrace, BUT for some reason the exit to it was closed.
Then it turned out that the bathroom lighting was not working, and the refrigerator-minibar was locked.
The problem with the light was quickly fixed, BUT the condition of the bathroom became immediately visible - good cleaning and cosmetic repairs would not hurt.
This also applies to the room itself - there are air conditioner stains on the wallpaper, and previous guests left an icos under the bed (it was never removed during our stay).
The plumbing in the shower worked great, BUT the quality of the shampoo and shower gel leaves much to be desired.
It is also worth noting that the bed is comfortable and the bed linen is clean. BUT on the first night, I couldn't sleep properly - an event was held in the hotel's conference room until 2 a.m. with very loud music that could be heard in the room - after a call at the reception, the problem was also quickly fixed (the music was turned down).
One day they forgot to clean the room, but also after the call the problem was fixed. Overall, the room was pretty clean, no unpleasant odors.
Then there was breakfast: there were delicious draniki and mochanka from the national cuisine, BUT otherwise the minimum set, which is the same every day, nothing special, very average quality coffee (we went to the neighboring Flax coffee shop for delicious coffee), there is no lactose-free or alternative milk. It doesn't matter to us, but as some wrote in the reviews, no prosecco.
Bottom line: the price does not match the quality. The hotel is rather strong. 4. The rest was fine, but we will not return to this hotel again.

Excellent hotel, good location in the city center. The staff is excellent. The breakfasts are great. In the restaurant on the 7th floor, the dishes are delicious and beautifully served, but the portions are very small. The restaurant on the 21st floor has a beautiful panorama of the city. Interesting cocktails. There is a shopping mall in the hotel building. You can shop around without leaving the building. There is a large grocery store on the minus ground floor. There is a parking lot next to the hotel.

But! Unfortunately, I would not give this 5* hotel. The entrance group and the reception hall are quite "sad" (more like the entrance to a shopping mall, which, by the way, is next door).
Do not take rooms on the 8th floor (directly above the restaurant). It stinks of food and some kind of dampness. and in the morning, there were sounds similar to the work of a vacuum cleaner or something similar from the same 7th floor.
When we moved to the 16th floor, everything became much better :)
In general, a solid "four" due to the staff and the cool restaurant!

The location is convenient, near the Rakovsky suburb and the center. A good breakfast. There is a passage to the Shopping Center in the building. Otherwise, the prices are too high. We recently stayed in V. Novgorod, the Rachmaninov Hotel (4 stars). The rooms there are more spacious and more comfortable. We didn't have time to check in here - the safe doesn't work (it was changed), the bathroom door doesn't lock (we didn't inform you). Plus connecting rooms, which is a minus for us.

The hotel is located almost on the embankment. The windows facing the river offer stunning views. Upon entering the hotel, you realize that everything is thought out here: starting from the reception desk and ending with a well-chosen fragrance on the ground floor. Hotel guests can use the cafeteria on the ground floor, the restaurant on the 7th floor, and also enter the shopping center without going outside. Upon arrival, we were provided with a room on the 19th floor with a view of the river for an additional fee. Our second room was located on the 8th floor. At the moment of handing out the keys, we were treated to warm cookies. Nice.
Bed linen, cleanliness - everything is wonderful. The room has a kettle, tea, cream, and a capsule coffee machine on the 19th floor.
And now about the disadvantages:
1. The minibar is locked. That is, you want to use it as a refrigerator, but you can't(((
2. There is no dental kit or shaving kit in the bathroom. There is a sign that you can contact customer service for it, but no contacts are listed. They applied, but they didn't bring it. At the same time, the children who lived on the 19th floor reported that the dental kit was in a drawer next to the kettle. Maybe we had this set there, but we didn't even think to open every drawer in search of it.
3. Our room had a balcony, but it's closed! Maybe only in winter, but it was unpleasant.
4. The windows do not open in the hotel. Yes, I understand that there is good ventilation, but I sleep both winter and summer only with the window open. And here you're like in a fashionable, very expensive barrel.…
5. There is a casino on the 5th floor. It doesn't interfere, but when the elevator stops there, such a mixture of odors gets into the elevator.…
Overall, the hotel is wonderful. But the closed minibar and the lack of kits in the public domain somehow immediately suggests that they save money on cheap ones.

A minor disadvantage is the strange operation of elevators. There are three elevators in the Hotel, I saw only two working, and I was able to use only one. There's always a crowd waiting for the elevator. Once I had to stand in line to go to the floor, as all those waiting could not fit. Once I waited two cycles for the elevator to go down, because the elevator was full.

The hotel left me with strange feelings. Outwardly, everything is fine, friendly staff, comfortable environment. But the little things left a little residue. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. I still couldn't figure out what time the room was cleaned. We went for a walk in the morning, and by 19 we returned, but there was no cleaning. The hotel has a casino. And not all casino guests are decent and well-mannered. Unfortunately, we had to deal with such guests in the elevator very often. Also in the restaurant on the 7th floor, the men discussed their wins and losses in the casino very loudly and with mats. I don't really want to be in such a place with a child. Everything is fine in the cafe on the 1st floor! Delicious and excellent service. I'm a kid, and I'm not going to this hotel with my family. Although geographically the location is gorgeous.

A gorgeous hotel.
In this hotel, everything is surprising from the appearance to the service of the guests by the staff.
I took the room with breakfast. The buffet, everything is delicious, the serving is beautiful. Nice staff. There was no coke without sugar in the refrigerator, I called, asked to bring it and literally 5 minutes later it was in my hands))
The rooms are clean and beautiful, the bed linen is very nice

We were a company on the May holidays. The hotel is very nice. The room is spacious enough, the breakfasts are great. There is a large selection of dishes, there are freshly squeezed juices, excellent pancakes, the waiters are courteous and smiling! The room has everything you need. However, if you need a refrigerator, but do not plan to use the mini bar, you need to pay a deposit to open the refrigerator. The room cleaning was selective, our room was not cleaned, the neighboring room of friends was lost, although there was a request to clean on the door. One day they took away a bathrobe, but did not provide another one in return. Glasses were taken from friends... the hotel on the 21st floor has a beautiful bar with panoramic views of the city. The location of the hotel was very pleasant, it is located in the very center of the city! Next to the hotel there is a shopping center, a Kommunarka branded candy store. In general, I recommend this hotel to visit. I hope these mistakes were related to the large download in the May payers!

Upon check-in, the girls at the reception informed us that the room was no different, but they couldn't move us anywhere, because all the rooms were occupied, so they offered to choose it, because it was "absolutely the same as the others"
When we arrived at the room, we realized that the room was different, starting with the general appearance, it was not like in the photo, and of course, certain features that were made for people with disabilities, which are not very comfortable for a person without them, for example, the shower itself without glass (it's terribly inconvenient, the whole bathroom I was in the water after the shower), a very low sink in which it is inconvenient to wash standing up, a low bed, and no armchair (as in other standard rooms). This did not spoil the overall impression of the hotel itself, but it was annoying during the rest.
The cleaning situation is not very clear, no one came in the morning, returning in the evening, the towels were still lying on the floor, no one came, then the maid came anyway, did the cleaning while we were in the room, but did not wash the glasses (or did not replace), quickly wiped the bedside table, took away the trash, replaced in bathroom towels and that's it.

We stayed on the 16th floor in a standard room with a view of the Svisloch River. The rooms are clean, tidy, and the mattress is comfortable. Service for 5+. Breakfast on the 21st floor for 5+.
There is a great restaurant on the 7th floor, I don't remember the name, unfortunately. There is a fitness room on the 8th floor.
On the ground floor there is a cafe and access to a shopping center with boutiques. There is a grocery store on the ground floor.

Breakfast at the hotel is excellent, a huge selection for every taste, up to a corner with national cuisine. The water pressure and temperature are normal. There were no problems with plumbing. The room is equipped with a tea station and water bottles. There is also an ironing board and iron in the room at once, it is very convenient - you do not need to contact the reception once again. The stay at the hotel fully met expectations, the Double Tree hotel chain holds the level.

The hotel is on the level! The friendly girls at the reception are ready to help with any question! The room was standard on the 15th floor, the view is awesome at any time of the day! The room provides everything to the smallest detail, even an ironing board and iron, water, tea, coffee, cream, wine glasses, slippers, bathrobe, toothbrush with paste, comb, etc., even a napkin for shoes! Special thanks for the opportunity to get enough sleep (blackout curtains and a pleasant bed), even if you walk until late - you get up rested in the morning! And a lighted mirror for applying makeup! Breakfast was not taken, there is a wonderful coffee shop downstairs without going outside and, in general, you can get to the shopping center from the hotel. The location is as good as possible in relation to the main attractions and streets with cafes and bars! A welcome chocolate chip cookie upon check-in is especially cute! Thanks!

The parking for the guests is very small, they open the service room and offer to park the car somehow. It was very hot in the room (I still have the feeling that the auto mode in the air conditioner just doesn't work). There are no windows (a panoramic wall, in fact), there was a balcony outside the window for fire evacuation, but anyway, on the first morning, they found a hotel guest outside the window, who got out of curiosity. The only guarantee not to work as a fish in an aquarium is to close the curtains tightly. The refrigerator is locked, you can't buy groceries at the store and put them in the refrigerator (it seems they can open on request).
We managed to get an extra place (a cot) only on the last evening. I also had to remind them about the cleaning (we returned at 17.00, the room was not cleaned, but I would like to take a break after the tour). After the first cleaning, three sets of towels turned into two, but I spat and did not ask for an addition.
The towels are really soft and pleasant. Nice comfortable closet, modern bathroom. A good breakfast buffet - everything is fresh and delicious.
Children are given a welcome coupon with a free drink at the restaurant's bar. In the evenings, the bar and restaurant are empty. Loyal to pets, many guests with small dogs)
It is very convenient that you can go to the mall directly from the hotel, even in slippers)) You can eat there and go shopping.
In general, I've never had to contact the staff so much. Everything was being resolved, but I would like to rest, and not constantly solve some issues.

Minuses:
You can put two or even one stars for the hotel itself. The ugly layout of the building itself and the rooms, respectively. But let's start with parking. There are two of them (not marked in any way to find them on the move), both small and always clogged, and most importantly, cramped with ugly markings. The cars are parked in such a way that a neighbor will definitely open the door against your car or you simply won't be able to get in the car. Apparently the local culture allows it.
The gloomy and supposedly monumental building of the hotel itself is actually cut "from what was." The rooms start from the 8th floor. Because there is a rather large shopping center attached to the hotel. And because of him, the hotel's room stock is in trouble.
Of course, we were settled (well, such hospitality) on the 8th floor with a view... of the technical roof. Or rather, directly with access to it. This is called a "terrace" at the hotel (funny), when you enter it you get the roar of huge supply and exhaust systems, the howl of chillers (industrial air conditioners) and the most "cherry on the cake" stench and stink of smells from the food court, restaurants of the shopping center and the hotel restaurant. You'll have plenty of food and every kind of burnt meat. The noise and stench permeates the room because the entire aluminum window structure has long been worn out (a spider has long made a web on the floor of the door in our room) and blows into the door from the room so that heavy curtains sway (and yes, I called the technicians and they tried to fix the situation with the door, but it didn't help much). So, living on 8-10 floors with a view of the roof, you will not sleep (or suffer) all night from noise and smells.
Next is the number itself. As stupidly thought out in detail as possible. There are two short hooks in the bathroom (except for two towels, you will not hang anything else), there are no shelves, there is no hygienic shower (because the bathroom is scanty and it is impossible to put a bidet), a separate "prize" for a huge hairdryer on a short cord, the water in the shower can pour boiling water over you already during operation (be careful). The room has long been "tired" of poorly washed carpet exuding the aroma of a damp ashtray. There are no clothes hooks or an ottoman in the hallway so that you don't have to put on shoes while standing in the pose (these tiny and thin shoe spoons are "bravo!"). The room was 2+1. There are four towels. There are two blankets. They asked me to tell them what was missing five times. Completely ignored. And it was only in the evening, after almost a scandal, that they brought it. At the same time, everything is so sweet and helpful. But.... and let's go with your wishlist forest.
These are not small things at all. This hotel assigns itself FIVE stars (and judging by the price it is). But in fact, it pulls a maximum of three. And then if you invest at least a little money in maintenance.
Pros:
Yes, there are pros too. Very comfortable mattresses, luxurious pillows and blankets (after all, there is something from Hilton). Friendly staff (despite the misunderstanding with the room)
And most importantly. These are simply awesome breakfasts! This is bravo!!! Do not skimp and buy accommodation with breakfast. A very diverse table. Everything is fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff is excellent!
But the main menu of the restaurant is meager and uninteresting. The outputs are scanty. In general, I won't be able to eat (well, this "high" kitchen is probably too high for me). Only desserts are worthy. They're amazing.
So that's how it is.
Do we regret staying at this Hilton for three days? Probably not.
But we're not going there anymore.

Good location of the hotel. Exit the hotel directly into the shopping complex. All amenities are 5 stars. Comfortable room, beds, accessories, slippers, bathrobe. But I took off 1 star for the fact that there is no SPA complex in a hotel of this level.

We have been familiar with this network for a long time, but this was our first time in Minsk. The hotel is gorgeous, there are no questions here. But the reception staff leaves much to be desired. For the first time in all my years of traveling, I felt a negative attitude towards Russians ((. When registering on 08/5.24, the receptionist asked, is this our first time? We replied: yes. And after that, she put us in probably the worst room with a platform on which the entire hotel hood is located, and accordingly, the hum was unbearable in the room. The room is clean, the bed and pillows are excellent.
The breakfasts are good, but it can be better. Therefore, for the cost per night of $ 238, everything is too weak and service and hospitality. Although the girl at the entrance to the restaurant for breakfast is friendly and friendly.

We are happy with everything - both the room (a really extraordinary mattress on which you get a great night's sleep) and the really amazing breakfasts (where even our skeptic liked everything). We spent a great week in the country, and gained great strength at the Hilton, thanks 👍 (PS: the gym is weak, there is a 6-22 dumbbell row and a crossover, but in the next building there is a business center with full fitness)

The best. The room is clean, quiet (very quiet), comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. The staff is polite and helpful. The location is convenient, near a large shopping center, a lot of attractions within walking distance (Victory Museum). The only thing you need to put a toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. in the bathroom, not in the refrigerator cabinet.
