We called on 11/27/24. Expect and here is the sixth day, 50 km away from me , they will not deliver. Before that, Kazpost in Kazakhstan thought it was somehow inconvenient to go to the post office to pick up, now I felt all the "charms" of delivery by the DPD service to the door. If I receive or send something not WHEN from the word, I will not contact DPD at all.

Great company. The site is working, the geolocation of the product is always tracked and works, unlike some companies. Polite and mobile workers. In warehouses, the workers are polite, they help with loading. I would like to note that we have made concessions more than once. I recommend it!

No one answers the calls, the delivery is delivered out of time, the letter indicates the same courier number, which does not correspond to reality and is not in the access zone. You have to wait all day for a courier who can't even be contacted.

The goods went for a long time. The organization is located in an inconvenient place (in the nooks and crannies). It is difficult to call a taxi, drivers do not want to go there. Plus- the work of the guys in the delivery warehouse, very friendly, help with loading.

Do not be surprised if the delivery time increases if the site shows for almost a few days that the product was taken from the supplier, and on the day of delivery (receipt) a message appears that everything is in progress... Kick-ass... The company does not have time to comply in any way. Apparently, they signed contracts with large companies under the slogan "we are one of them... Yes, we are the most..."

The most terrible courier service, they postpone deliveries for a month!!!!They can't take you to the nearest city on time!!!I have to go myself and pick up my own orders for huge amounts!!!There is no payment by card!!!how do large companies contact you in general!Shame, not service!!!

The goods arrived in the city of Kostanay in a week from Moscow. The problem is in the service itself, it turns out they can't deliver, they can't get through. I had to go to the other end of the city myself, look for warehouses and pick them up. No communication with the client. I do not recommend it!

Disgusting company. We accepted the parcel in Astana on 04.06, promised delivery within 3 days, on June 11 I called there to find out when finally their promised 3 days would end, it turned out that the parcel had not even flown out of Astana yet. She was just lying in their warehouse from 04.06 to 11.06!!! You see, they "forgot" about her!!! Is this the work of professionals?!!!. And they will also take money for such a "delivery". Today, on 15.06, the parcel is still not at the destination.
