During non-working hours (we work until 17:00), the answer came that the order was not picked up due to the fault of the operator. I dialed and talked to the young man in the morning, he did not apologize, did not help solve the problem and said that he would not be able to guarantee the pick-up of the cargo today. It is a pity that you have lost a client in our person. Your employees are absolutely not customer-oriented. We deliver a large number of deliveries throughout the Republic of Belarus within a month. we work with a huge number of companies. If you have to walk, and for the first time you can't figure out the terrain in this backwater, there's not even a pedestrian road there! Therefore, it is necessary to get to the Caravan market on foot or by car.
In general, you need to go through security (street post) and go straight to the end, there is an iron door without identification marks and without signage, behind which there is a DPD warehouse inside.
To hang a sign for those who "walk", apparently they did not consider it necessary! This is especially true when ordering bulky goods as an individual, for example from the Russian Federation, where delivery from the store's website is only to the warehouse, and not to the house.
Unfortunately, for some reason, the goods delivered to the DPD warehouse in this way cannot be reassigned and sent to the address, although this is included in the delivery fee, as far as I understand.
