The favorite phrase of dpd employees is "read on our website." Everything is very slow, the application cannot be dictated, it is a problem to get through. You start talking to an employee and 100 percent of the answer will be either I'll call you back (they won't call you back) or your favorite phrase is "read on our website." We could not deliver the parcel in 4 days, despite the fact that there was an opportunity and a great desire to cooperate. Bottom line: they don't have the right dpd sign, they need the Russian post (as in the jokes)
