I signed up with my daughter to have my face cleaned by cosmetologist Madina. I had previously transferred an advance payment of 5 thousand rubles to her, upon her request. However, instead of cleaning services, she only consulted, giving 10 minutes for a conversation, the composition of which is so clear to me, what causes acne and the method of treatment. That's it! When I said that we had signed up for the procedure, and not for a consultation, which was confirmed by WhatsApp correspondence, they said they could not help me in any way. I didn't hear any apologies or regrets in response. As a result, I realized that they had fraudulently charged me 5k for a conversation I hadn't signed up for.
