Dr. Groom is a wonderful place. I have a puppy, a dwarf Brownie poodle, 4 months old. My baby got his first grooming experience here. The groomer is well done! I managed to calm the puppy down, got a great haircut, cleaned his ears, told him about the inflammation (I didn't know about it, I immediately went to the vet for otitis media), and they trimmed his nails. My baby was as calm as possible. They gave me recommendations and told me about the peculiarities of caring for the breed even more than the breeder. The receptionist is very friendly and always willing to recommend products. I only go to them for food, harnesses, combs and other things. I rarely write reviews, but in this case I just can't help but admire! My pet and I came to the groomer for a full range of services — this was our first visit. I left my baby with the master for only two hours, and what can I say: This is a real MASTER with a capital letter!
Not only did my girl come back to me, the most beautiful, happy and well-groomed princess, but the groomer also recommended that I go to the vet, as she noticed that the baby might have problems with ears and eyes.
I immediately made an appointment with the veterinarian, and here I have the most real delight! The veterinarian confirmed the concerns, and also said that with the naked eye, at home, it is impossible to notice otitis media at such an early stage. And here I would like to pay my respects to the groomer!
Thus, my girl not only left the master with a magnificent appearance, but also thanks to the sensitive observations of this specialist, we were able to identify health problems in a timely manner. Two days before the haircut, they called, reminded me and offered to vaccinate the cat, I refused because the cat is vaccinated (I'll clarify the passport is in another city), and it's decent to go for it
During the day, they call and confirm the record and ask you to take your passport, they won't take it without it!OK!
I explain how it is, and ask why I was not warned in advance?and why were our previous haircuts without this document?
To which they replied, they warned me when recording! Guys, no one warned me.
I was refused a haircut without a document!

Terrible customer service. I wrote in order to sign up for the service, they promised me to find a window and let me know when there would be an opportunity to approach, as a result, they made promises twice and disappeared. I was glad that grooming opened very close, but, as it turned out, in vain. Extremely disappointed.

I want to share my negative experience of visiting this grooming salon.
With the exception of communication in yandex. Direct, the first impression of the salon was quite positive. Everything went well at the first grooming, and the staff were friendly. We also brought the dog for a claw haircut – there were no complaints.
But the last visit ruined all the good things. I signed up the dog for grooming in advance, a few days in advance. An hour before the recording, they wrote to me asking if the dog had any tangles. If there is, then the groomer will not be able to provide us with a service, since there is no time for this. Why couldn't it have been clarified right away when recording? Then I would have gone to another salon and wasted no time. And anyway, if not in the pet salon to untangle tangles, then where?
We arrived on time, but we were greeted in a completely different way. The girl at the reception literally started lecturing me that I was supposedly not taking good care of my dog, since she had tangles and I hadn't combed them, and that I didn't understand that it actually hurt the dog when grooming. It was extremely frustrating.
The groomer we came to for professional help examined the dog with one eye and stated that “he has the right to refuse the service.” And she refused.
There was a feeling that they just wanted to get rid of us in order to be released earlier.
It is worth noting that I do not have a huge dog, but a poodle, which formed a couple of tangles from wearing overalls, which I could not cope with on my own, so I came for professional help.
In total, we left more than 150 rubles in this salon for goods and services for a month. We planned to keep contacting them, but it seems that the salon has such an overabundance of customers that the staff allows themselves such a boorish and unprofessional attitude.
