I have no complaints about any of the doctors I visited in this office - excellent ultrasound specialists and specialists, polite and competent. But reception is the bottom. Moreover, both shifts do not consider it necessary to raise their eyes to a person, they respond through their teeth, as if I broke into their house and wanted something from them. A couple of times they didn't even answer my goodbye. Do you have a shortage of personnel? How can you put such an intimidating staff at the reception, as in a Soviet polyclinic? They spoil the impression of the office and thereby frame the doctors.
