I went into this cafe during lunch. There was one empty table, which we took. We made an order. The waiting time was called 20 minutes. As a result, three portions were cooked for half an hour. When we picked up the order at the counter, I was surprised that the drink we ordered for my daughter was poured into a glass. And we ordered a Coke in a can of 0.3. I've never seen a non-draught drink served like this. I expressed my surprise to the staff about this and asked them to change this drink and give me just a can of Cola and an empty glass. The girl who works at the reception and delivery of orders calmly began to fulfill my request. But at that moment a woman came up, began to ask me defiantly what I didn't like and, in response to my explanation, informed me that they were legally allowed to pour all drinks into glasses. So serve it. I was even more surprised. And I asked at the bank anyway. To clarify - who is this woman?. She called herself the hostess of the establishment. And she said that she would not change anything for free. Well. The price of the issue is 3 rubles. Little things for me. To complete, apparently not. To top it off, the hostess rudely demanded to take away the already poured glass with a drink. To my explanation that I don't need it. She said we don't need it either. And she told me that I was spoiling her mood with my bad mood. Do you understand the level of hospitality of the hostess of this establishment? From my point of view, this is simply not acceptable.
The pancakes were delicious. The only thing we were offered sour cream, and they put it right on the pancakes. They were not served separately. Even without our consent, they sprinkled greens by default. Because of this, my daughter could not eat the whole dranik. He doesn't like greens and so much sour cream. And the cafe smells like food very much. During the stay, the clothes and hair smelled. Unfortunately, I would not go to this institution anymore. Due to the low level of service and hospitality on the part of the hostess.

I didn't like the waffle with nut paste. It must be taken under the coffee, otherwise it cannot be pushed down the throat.

Apparently, everything works like this)) Why change anything. Disposable appliances were also confused, not convenient. The menu at the top is wildly not convenient. The fact that there is a salad, they saw only in the middle of waiting for their tributaries. And, of course, an ad for all the cafe orders of each visitor... It's something. Sit and listen to everyone's order so that you don't miss your own. Somehow I would like to dispense with unnecessary information. I rarely write reviews, but today I just wanted to. The place is delicious, and everything else is so-so. Very sorry.
